We’re excited to finally announce our menu! This gorgeous, internationally inspired feast was concocted by our Chef Daniel Hogan, who created each dish to match its tea (from Lake Missoula Tea Company) perfectly. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are marked.

A nutty, sweet green tea low in caffeine, made by the Top Tea Connoisseur of Japan

Montana-raised trout with nasturtiums and herbs on a rice cracker

KENYA

Hand-Rolled Purple

A robust and full-bodied purple tea with antibacterial and antioxidant properties, comparable in taste to green tea

Assam Chai

A bright, malty black tea with ginger, cardamom, and other bold Indian spices
